Our Private Facebook Group is now home to over 39,000 Members! It remains a busy, buzzing National Community Forum where members seek advice, guidance, genuine recommendations, share jobs, access free resources & can connect directly with our partners.
To make it easier to connect locally, we've set up 11 Regional Communities on WhatsApp that are home to our Local Meet Up Chat Groups. These chats are where our Meet Ups come to life. You'll find details of upcoming Meet Ups in your area, informal introductions before you attend and familiar faces to say hello to when you arrive, guaranteed by our welcoming Volunteer Hosts. It's a relaxed, low-noise space designed to help Members build genuine connections with other HR people near you. You can join as many Meet Up Chats as you like, meaning you can easily expand your network.

We personally verify all requests to join our HR Ninjas Regional Communities against our joining criteria, please be patient with us while we do this process.
We've received a number of Registration Forms where the mobile number provided does not match with the number used to try to join the chat, please do double check before submitting your form.
If we're unable to verify you we will try to reach out via a Direct Message on WhatsApp and/or Facebook Messenger.

Thanks for your support!
We don’t envisage that you will ever need to revert back to these rules, because honestly this stuff is common sense. But we do need everyone to read and sign up to the way things need to work in here so that we are all on the same page in terms of knowing what is and isn’t acceptable.
We provide these spaces free to our members, but our resources at HR Ninjas HQ are limited and we don’t have time to moderate conversations that don’t stay within the rules. With this in mind, we will remove rule-breakers and our decision is final. Basically, if you can’t stick to our rules, we can’t have you in our Whatsapp community! I think that’s fair enough 🧡
